What are the statutory notarial fees in Florida?
Florida law sets maximum fees for notarial acts. These fees cannot be exceeded.

Booking and Coordination
The following fees are assessed based on the situation.

Travel fees are not regulated by Florida statute. They must be reasonable, disclosed in advance, and itemized separately.
